His role involved leveraging a rigorous risk-based audit methodology to ensure compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS standards, demonstrating his attention to detail and deep understanding of financial reporting frameworks.

In his role at Tern Capital, James applies his analytical acumen as a Deal Execution Associate. His responsibilities will encompass deal screening, conducting comprehensive initial due diligence, and involvement in deal origination.
