Tom is an experienced finance and investment professional with 10+ years of experience working across audit, private equity and deals advisory. Tom is also a qualified chartered accountant, with 7+ years of managing a portfolio of FTSE 100 and privately owned financial services clients.

Most recently, Tom has worked as a deal adviser at PwC focused on identification and implementation of operational improvements for complex carve-out and integration projects. Tom brings a wealth of financial and operational experience, which is leveraged across executing new investments for the Tern and bringing operational improvements to the portfolio post acquisition.
